Happy Thanksgiving
Wishing all my readers a happy Thanksgiving–a day for family, friends, food, and cheer. Thanksgiving strikes me as the quintessential American holiday. Regardless of religion or beliefs, everyone can celebrate, consider their good fortune, and enjoy a good meal.
Instead of driving to the mall and surrendering yourself to mass consumption on “Black Friday,” do the opposite: visit a museum, read a book, listen to music, or just talk with a friend over leftovers. Enjoy the rewarding pleasures of life. Do something deserving thanks.
